Asakusa Kusatsutei

Founded in 1873 in Komagome, Tokyo, and moved to Asakusa in 1883, the restaurant “Asakusa Kusatsu-tei” has a history of more than 150 years. About a 3-minute walk from Kinryuzan Senso-ji Temple, it’s a great location to casually stop by before or after visiting a shrine or sightseeing. For meals, we offer Kaiseki dishes, an evolved form of Edo banquet cuisine, which has inherited the tradition of Edo cuisine. Focusing on ingredients that are “running” to anticipate the season, the focus is not only on deliciousness but also on the beauty of presentation and appearance. In addition, we value meticulous hospitality, such as consideration for foods that we are not good at or food allergies.
