The famous Roppongi restaurant “Mackuro”, which was regrettably closed, reopened in 2008 as “Salon de Goux” with the then head chef. The real thrill here is to choose what you want to eat at that time from the a la carte menu while talking with the waiter. Enjoy your own original course meal. We recommend the truffle tart, which uses plenty of truffles.
