At “Izawa”, the owner himself visits the site and uses seasonal ingredients purchased directly from farms and fishermen from places such as the Goto Islands. Furthermore, in order to convey the heart of the creator and the strong taste of the ingredients as they are, we serve them as simply as possible without breaking the shape of the ingredients.
The dishes, which incorporate the colors of the season and are finished with sophisticated and nutritious flavors, give a glimpse of the owner’s delicate skills and sensibilities, and you will be impressed with each bite.
There are 10 seats at the counter and private rooms for 6 people and 4 people from which you can view the elegant inner garden. It is a place that is suitable for entertaining important people.
