“Konsai” is located in a 1-minute walk from Kagurazaka Exit 1. It’s opened by the owner-chef Mr. Kumagai as “an oasis where you can relax.” The interior of the store creates a Japanese comfort with soft lighting and interior walls using bamboo grass and diatomaceous earth. With a focus on using the best seasonal ingredients, and with the theme of “expressing seasonal cuisine in the ‘Imasai’ style”, the chef creates unique and creative dishes that bring out the best of French and Japanese cuisine.
