“Essawada” is a branch of an authentic Chinese restaurant. This has been awarded one Michelin star for four consecutive years in Nishitenma, Osaka. Head chef Shuhei Sawada, who trained in Hong Kong, offers “Chinese cuisine that can only be created by Japanese people, using Japanese ingredients.”
