Botan

Since its founding around 1897, Botan has continued to preserve the tradition of making “Tori Sukiyaki” in a corner of Kanda, Tokyo. The store stands in the good old Kanda neighborhood. It was built in the early Showa period and is designated as a “Tokyo Selected Historic Building”. The interior of the shop has a nostalgic and comfortable feel, with amber-colored bamboo and wood. And it serves the same “Tori Sukiyaki” since its founding. It is a well-established restaurant that is said to have been frequented by literary figures such as Shotaro Ikenami. He is also known as a foodie. The Oyakodon to finish is also excellent.
