The French restaurant “adhoc” is located on the 1st floor of hotarumachi. A complex facility that impresses the water metropolis of Osaka. The inside of the shop is based on gentle white, and wooden beams and firewood arranged as an interior to create warmth. Natural light gently streams in through the windows, creating a relaxing flow of time.
This is a newly opened restaurant by Tatsuhiro Takayama, the chef of Tosabori’s 1-star French restaurant “Tour Monde”. The course, which uses seasonal ingredients and modern presentations, is full of surprises and excitement.
